Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on relaxation therapy that brings a sense of calm and peace whilst supporting your body to realign and rebalance deeply in its own way, in its own time.
Laying fully clothed on a treatment couch, the Craniosacral therapist lightly contacts your head, lower back or other areas, working wherever your body shows is the priority.
My therapy clients often experience:
- a clear mind,
- a deeply relaxed body
- a calmed and soothed nervous system
- a sense of being deeply held and heard without judgment or a need to be or do anything
- a deeper connection with yourself including intuitive messages
- a common side effect is getting your smile back too
All this whilst just laying down. You don't even have to talk - although you are very welcome to.
Sometimes described as a silent psychotherapy or a mix of chiropractic and healing, this work may be useful in a wide range of conditions.

My name is Beccy Howe and I practice Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, often called Cranio for short. This wonderful way of treating comes from osteopathy and has evolved into a beautiful way of listening to and supporting people to understand, and therefore, to heal themselves.
Many conditions seem to respond well to how I work. It can be great for children too.
